We’re looking for reliable, energetic and positive individuals who are ready to help young people build confidence, resilience and leadership skills. Experience working with children is an asset, but it’s not required — we provide the training, lesson plans and support you need to succeed.

    Guides participants firmly while treating every child fairly.

    Open to training, feedback and the Young Survivalists teaching system.

    Uses good judgment and follows all screening and safety requirements.
