frequently asked questions

Is it too intense for my child?2026-08-20T01:40:18+00:00

Our programs are designed to challenge, not overwhelm. Every activity is age-banded and progressively structured. Students start with foundational courses and only advance when they demonstrate readiness. Coaches are trained to manage resistance constructively without forcing emotional exposure.

Are refunds available?2026-08-20T01:37:45+00:00

Refund and cancellation terms vary by program and will be clearly provided before registration is completed.

Is this mainly an outdoor survival program?2026-08-11T14:39:04+00:00

No. Outdoor skills may be included, but the Academy focuses primarily on confidence, resilience, leadership, communication, character and everyday life skills.

Does my child need previous experience?2026-08-11T14:39:43+00:00

No. Students do not need previous leadership, public-speaking or outdoor experience.

Is It Safe?2026-08-20T00:29:02+00:00

Absolutely. Safety is our highest priority. All activities are risk-assessed, supervised by authorized coaches, and matched to age and readiness. We maintain clear stop-authority protocols, collect medical information pre-camp, and have emergency plans for every activity.

Will students go outdoors?2026-08-11T14:41:59+00:00

Some programs may include outdoor activities. Parents will receive advance information when outdoor clothing, equipment or transportation is required.

What should students wear?2026-08-11T14:40:38+00:00

Students should wear comfortable, activity-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes unless different instructions are provided.

What if my child is shy?2026-08-11T14:40:12+00:00

Shy and quiet students are welcome. Students are encouraged to participate gradually. They will not be forced to perform beyond what is appropriate, but coaches will support them in taking manageable steps.
